BlogRush - A New Method to bring traffic to your blog
Well most of you might have seen a new widget in my sidebar immediately below the top commentors which shows some links right. Its a new kind of blog ad network which brings me traffic. I love traffic and don’t you ? It brings in a great concept which has been earlier implemented by the Digitalpoint co-op Advertising network. The only difference which i can see right now is that , it is implemented using javascript and hence focus much more on traffic rather than link juice etc which is what i love.
How it Works ?
Well all you have to do is go to BlogRush and signup with your Blog Feed URL. Then you will get a piece of javascript code which you need to place on your blog. The widget will display 5 latest posts from other blog feeds on your homepage. The amount of time the widget is loaded (impressions) on your blog is added to your credit and your latest posts (from RSS Feed) are displayed on other blogs an equal number of times. Lets say your blog gets 1000 pageviews in a day. Then the widget will be loaded 1000 times and you get 1000 “Syndication Credits” on your name. This means BlogRush will show links from your RSS feeds 1000 times on other related blogs. Isn’t it a great concept ? So the amount of traffic you give is the amount of traffic you receive.

@ashwin,
Do install it , I think it would be better if instead of just impressions, they could trade in clicks

Ashwin, it is one of them. I had like 30 visitors from over 12k impressions in the last days. So i’m sure it’s not worth it..

Sorry but Blogrush is hopeless. It’s a basic pyramid scheme that rewards the people at the top. Don’t use it.
