Well what i see around today are dead blogs on the internet. Many many perhaps really many people have asked me ways to make money online. I told them that blogging is the best and the easiest way. Most of them dont belive me and those who do believe start a blog, yes a blog ANOTHER DEAD BLOG polluting the internet. The interesting thing about blogging is that blogs work if you really blog on them properly and MARKET them. Now there are some main points which will make you a great blogger over time. I have summarised some of the main points below -

1. Work Hard (Post Regularly) :- Regularly doesnt always means daily. You can post once a week , twice a week , on alternate days, daily or say 10 times a day (Many popular bloggers do, Techcrunch, GigaOm, Problogger, JohnChow are all examples). Many enthusiastic people really start out blogging with a good spirit, make posts daily but slowly in a short period, their exitement dies down and then YET ANOTHER DEAD Blog sleeping on the internet. To prevent yourself from this, all you need is will power. If you cannot gather will power, then do take a big chart paper and write there, i have to post on my blog daily. I recommend you to do this early in the morning. Make it the first task in your daily routine. Get up from the bed and make a blog post. Sounds hard ? No i guess

2. Make Interesting Posts :- Dont simply write essays on your blog which bore people or that people run away from your blog just by looking at the title of posts. I see people posting school essays. Be intelligent, craft wise content on your blog which attracts readership.

3. Network with other bloggers :- Find and make a list of good bloggers around you , make friendship with them , frequently comment on their blog posts. They will be interested in you and probably link to you and send traffic your way. You can also do post exchanges with other bloggers. Ask them to review you and you review them. How good does that sound ?

4. Blog on a Niche :- Dont just post madly whatever comes into your mind. Post on a selected niche only. Niche may be anything, so that you can attract people interested in that particular niche.
